Well today I didn't go to work as the WorkSafe BC Taxi contract had expired and I still didn't get the OK from WorkSafe BC to go and expense it. I went to my apartment in Pitt Meadows, BC by BC Transit Bus by myself it was only two buses, the 595 to get to Pitt Meadows and the 701 to get to Harris Rd next to The Jolly Coachman Pub on Ford Road. I Walked to my apartment and returned some items(Mini-DV tapes) that I had here at Jan's House that I didn't need anymore at Re-Hab While I was there Pat MacIntosh e-mailed me and said that I could now take a Taxi to work and expense it. By the time I would get back it would be too late for work, I e-mailed Manny Gill at Avigilon to tell him. I took my lunch at the Jolly Coachman Pub where I had a steak, fries, mushroom and a Coke for a drink and I returned home to Jan's place after.
At my Apartment on Ford Road I only grabbed one of my VHS VCR then I took the bus back to Langley, BC I love the new Golden Ears Bridge it only takes an hour or so to go to Pitt Meadows and Back to Langley, it is sure faster and more economical than driving around or taking the Albion ferry which no longer exist.
