I love a store that you can return a purchase, no questions asked and I didn't even have the store receipt. I wanted to return the D-Link wireless router I had purchased at London Drugs about a month ago and I mis-placed the receipt. Joyce Kanang from Jan's House drove me there and I told the clerk that the router probably works and was still in the original box, as I already had one at my apartment in Pitt Meadows and Telus just activated it. He looks at it and says no problem, he couldn't give me cash as I had no receipt, but gave me a store credit for the whole amount, great I purchased more colour ink for my Canon Ink Jet printer. All is well and done.
