Joke of the Day - Friday 18 November 2011 - Overworked

For a couple years I've been blaming it on lack of sleep and too much pressure from my job, but now I found out the real reason: I'm tired because I'm overworked. The population of this country is 34,108,752 of that 3.7 million are retired, 3.6 million people in Canada have disabilities That leaves 26 808 752 to do the work. There are 16,288,310 in school, which leaves 10 520,442 to do the work. Of this there are 380,700 employed by the federal government, leaving 10,139,742 to do the work. 68, 250 are in the Armed Forces, Regular, Reserve & Rangers, which leaves 10,071,492 million to do the work. Take from the total the 2,242,467 people who work for Provincial and City Governments and that leaves 7, 829, 025 to do the work. At any given time there are 250,000 people in hospitals, leaving 7,579, 025 to do the work. Now, there are 153 000 Canadians in prisons, and 7, 426, 023 not wanting to work or lazy That leaves just two people to do the work. You and me. And you're sitting at your computer reading jokes.
